The WaveFront Consulting Group (WCG) was founded by Rui Pereira in 1998. It was at that time that Rui realized the need for an organization to provide independent security consulting services more cost-effectively and with more attention to detail than could be provided by the larger consulting firms (who are not as focused on security issues in any case).  Before that Rui had worked in the I.T. industry for more than 15 years, gaining a wide range of general business and technical expertise.

Our tenth anniversary has come and gone! Many thanks to all for putting together a grand first decade.
